Alpha Pi Mu, the Industrial Engineering honor society, initiated three new members during an in-person and virtual ceremony Sept. 15, 2022.

The Robot Society initiated two new student members and one new honorary staff member Sept. 15, 2022.

The Kettering Leaders accepted four new fellows during the 2022 Summer Term. The Kettering LEADERS endowment was established in 1999 to promote leadership development and foster personal growth through alumni mentoring and coaching. Its mission is to "Grow Kettering's most-promising leaders," and its vision is "A civic duty to 21st-century leadership development."

Kettering University congratulates the nearly 300 students who were named to the Fall 2022 Dean's List. The Dean's List recognizes overall academic performance based on the student's term grade point average (GPA). To be eligible for the Dean's List, students must satisfy the following requirements: be a degree-seeking student with a minimum term grade point average of 3.5, no grades below B, and a minimum of 16 earned credits for the term.

The Theta Epsilon chapter of Eta Kappa Nu, the Electrical and Computer Engineering Honors Society, initiated six new members from the Fall Term on Dec. 14, 2022.

The Robot Society initiated four new student members and one new honorary faculty member Dec. 6, 2022.

A group of about 20 students and two faculty members attended the annual Society of Women Engineers (SWE) Conference from Oct. 20 to 22 in Houston. The students attended sessions on professional development, corporate hospitality suites, a career fair for women in STEM, and enjoyed meeting with other professional and collegiate members.

Hemanth Tadepalli ('23, CS) will join 24 other students on the Michigan Department of State's Collegiate Student Advisory Task Force. The task force is charged with determining and implementing recommendations to improve voter education and engagement among young people on college and university campuses statewide.
